NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty for over a month now with them. I left 5 voice mails and have not received a single call back. I had to go into the dealership to get any service, then since no body called me back I did not have the proper paper work. So I had to drive back home, scan it, and email it back, which i did. I asked for a simple response to my email so I knew it was received. They could not even do that! I called 3 more times before talking to anyone.\r
They do not care about the customer, only the sale! I would NEVER recommend this dealership, and will never purchase another car from them. I travel quite a bit, and have gone through 8 cars in the past 15 years, they lost my business for ever.
