Buying from them is pretty easy since they don't do install. I went to their store off Anderson Lane and talked to Kevin. He was real friendly and helped me out with choosing the hardwood flooring I was looking for. I have two dogs and wanted something scratch resistant. He suggested hand scraped since it has a beat up look to it. Since he did not install, he recommended me Matt and his crew to do the job. I called Matt and scheduled an appointment. I was a little disturbed with him being over priced. I had his guys do the work since he gave me a few references. The crew was fast and knew what they were doing. I was upset at first since they scratched up my baseboards that I had just gotten painted. The good thing is that they did touched up and repainted them so I guess that was good.
