Could not agree more with the first reviewer. STAY AWAY from STARCK VAN LINES. Their drivers are liers and slackers, they screw each other at your expense. They miss windows, don't follow directions and are rude. The office staff must be tired of hearing the complaints because are surrley and rude. The owner is one of three things, 1.) Deaf, 2.) A fool or 3.) Someone who doesn't care if his minions destroy his business. \r
They also have a woman who ""works"" from home to field complaints. On two different deliveries I have spoken with her outlining the same problems about missed windows and dishonest drivers. She has ""relayed"" these message to the front office who, as the last reviewer notes, never answer the phone and never review phone calls. Today in Feb 9, 2013. Starck has had my item in their possession for over 3 weeks, they have made 3 ""attempts"" to deliver all abortive because of the way they do busines. If you don't care about your money, have all the time in the world, don't care if and when you get your goods then pick Starck for all your moving needs.\r
The bottom line is that Starck stays in business with national contracts who use them for fixed amount. Locals are smart enough to go with a national carrier or actually anyone else. Use your uncle before you use Starck.
