Sal at McCarthy Automotive is just amazing. Was rear ended and involved in a hit and run collision. The person who hit me took off. I have never been in a collision therefore I did not know the steps to take. Luckily, thanks to the internet I found mccarthy automotive and saw all the great reviews. I called and Sal (the owner) immediately captivated me by his knowledge. He knew everything there is to know about how to work with the insurance companies as well as how to take care of me. He told me to bring my car in and he would take good care of me. Took my car in and was amazed at what great customer service was provided. Sal was with me every step of the way. My car was repaired within very little time and looked better than ever. Thank you Sal you made me feel so important. Highly recommended. Excellent communication skills and customer service.
