DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I've spent thousands on my multiple cats to get them check-ups and their yearly shots. That in itself isn't the problem. It's the fact that despite working with animals that I consider family, they are rude and only care about how much I'm spending. I took a stray there that had been badly injured, because I had no idea where else to go and instead of helping me while I was distraught over this poor animal, all they cared about was if I'd 'take financial responsibility' for the cat and that if I couldn't, then I needed to leave. They were unhelpful and flat out rude when I was trying to help an animal in need. This added on with constant bad service, incompetent staff, and constant problems when we had a cat with ring worm (that took SIX MONTHS for them to get rid of) will ensure that I NEVER take my business there again. I'll find somewhere that treats animals like they deserve and that cares, not that just sees me as a walking bill fold. I understand it is a business, but there is a way to deal with customers without coming off like complete jerks.
