Cedar Animal Hospital

We have used cedars for 20 years. My complaint is not with no one but .... The two occasions I have allowed her to see my animal with an actual problem it became a major expense. ..... has made Cedars a money trap. My dog went in for an exam and she pulled on the little guys so rough that evening he ended up at the vet with a root signature. The pain was horrible for my little guy. 700.00 plus later...I allowed her to see my cat that was not eating went from a twenty plus cat to a 7 pound cat, she ran up a 300.00 plus bill running feline testing vaccinating which it was another cost unneeded. I brought him back she then gave him a blood transfusion. I lost him within two months. After being charged over 700.00 dollars. I still do not know why I lost him but because I refused to pay the bill the rest of my animals are paying the price . I did pay three hundred just so I could have my dog with cancer put to sleep so he could be picked up for cremation. I recommend Cedars I just don't recommend .... more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! I've spent thousands on my multiple cats to get them check-ups and their yearly shots. That in itself isn't the problem. It's the fact that despite working with animals that I consider family, they are rude and only care about how much I'm spending. I took a stray there that had been badly injured, because I had no idea where else to go and instead of helping me while I was distraught over this poor animal, all they cared about was if I'd 'take financial responsibility' for the cat and that if I couldn't, then I needed to leave. They were unhelpful and flat out rude when I was trying to help an animal in need. This added on with constant bad service, incompetent staff, and constant problems when we had a cat with ring worm (that took SIX MONTHS for them to get rid of) will ensure that I NEVER take my business there again. I'll find somewhere that treats animals like they deserve and that cares, not that just sees me as a walking bill fold. I understand it is a business, but there is a way to deal with customers without coming off like complete jerks. more

I love cedar animal hospital, i take all three of my dogs there because they know how to take care of them with love and understanding. they were the only ones who knew how to handle my aggressive dog. I recommend the facility. more

I am never to picky with my dogs haircut but when I went to go pick up my dog her hair was very choppy and uneven I am very unhappy. Also they gave her a shot that I did not even ask for but they still charged me for it . They also charged me for a biohazard waste fee ? I do not recomend Cedar animal hospital and I will not take my dog their again . more

I am a fussy pet owner with an adorable 2 year old West Highland Terrier named Maggie. I have been looking for a while for a quality groomer that knows how to take care of a Westie. I tried places that offer pampering for pets but when it came down to it, I found the best groomer in town at the local vet. That is right, Cedar Animal Hospital has an awesome groomer that knows what she is doing when it comes to Westies. Maggie gets a perfect cut every time and I love it! more
