I had an 9am carpet cleaning this morning. They arrived a little late....no problem....however they claimed to be finished 20 min later. It took them longer to load & unload equipment then to clean my carpet. They were to clean an area rug 9x12 but neglected to clean the edges (3 to 6 inch perameter of carpet) When I questioned this the tech said there machines can not clean the edge. I wish they had told me they were unable to do a thorough and complete job before setting the appt. When I called to discuss my unclean carpet edge concerns with the manager I received sarcsm & attitude. Britestar is terriblly unprofessional & they do not thoroughly & completely clean carpets....awful experience & a waste of my hard earned money.
