Businiess name:  AAA Performance Auto Tint

Review content:
These guys have moved to 5851 Palmer Park Blvd but have the same phone number. I had a Groupon to have my windows tinted at Performance Autotint. I cleaned the exterior of the car before I took it in (Dec 4, 2012). After the work was done, I found some obviously fresh paint damage (fiberglass particles/dust and paint peeling) to the front bumper of my car. I have a low front bumper. I went in to talk to the tech who worked on my car and he showed me the route he drove it after the tint job was done. On the route, there was a large dip. I drove the car towards the dip while he watched the front bumper to see if it would hit the pavement. As I got closer, he told me to stop because it was going to hit again. After this, I drove around and got some estimates for repair. When I took these back to the shop, the owner (Bob) accused me of causing the damage myself and then blaming it on them despite the fact that the tech already admitted driving the car over the dip where it would hit. He justified this by pointing out there was some preexisting damage to the OTHER side of the bumper. He offered me half of what I was asking to get the bumper fixed. I have pictures of everything. These guys are dirty. I you are crazy enough to use them, make sure you document the condition of your vehicle beforehand with them.
