Review content:
These apartments are not nearly what was represented to me when I signed my lease initially. When I toured the apartments they showed me an ""updated"" apartment, including crown molding and 6 panel doors. Those things were not installed in mine. Not such a big deal I thought so I let it go. Next is the first time I had to call maintenance after hours, I called due to some exposed wiring on my AC unit after the landscaping people accidentally weed whacked them in half. No one called me back for 2 and a half hours. Fine again I thought. They did fix my AC the next day. Several times since then, I've called to have things repaired, it's reported to be repaired and it's still broken. The back door has been broken since we moved in. It's been ""fixed"" 3 times, the dryer wont dry a load without putting it through 2 or 3 times, it's been ""fixed"" twice. When I've tried to discuss these things with the front office staff, they are rude and uncaring. They have your money, why do they care if the apartment has everything in working order? Apparently they don't. When my 1st year lease is up, I will be leaving. It would be right now if there was anyway possible to get out of the lease. Please keep looking, at Lion's Creek all you will find is dissapointment.
