Review content:
I have lived here for a little over a year. It is a good place to live. Except for the fact that both of my apartments have been flooded by my upstairs neighbors I have had no problems. It is true that people let their dogs mess everywhere. They imposed a 25 fee for people who do not clean up after their dogs but it does not seem to work. It is pretty nasty especially when you have kids that would like to play outside. The staff is always very nice and usually very efficient in getting work orders done and helping assist with problems. The water bill for these apartments is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!! It just doubled and they actually tried to triple it. And the drive is pretty far for most people. I really like the neighborhood but I may be forced to move if the gas prices and water bill keeps going up. Pros: Great Neighborhood, Staff, and Amenities Cons: Far away from town, water bill
