Similar experiences as these folks. Our request for a kennel tour was refused. Buyer beware: look closely at the website. Photos of dogs lounging on sofas is somewhat misleading. The real photo you want to review is the one with the dog in a small walled cubical on a raised bed. Stress and noise? Overnight boarding prices do not match these accommodations. Outdoor pool is great, 3 months out of the year. Limited dog park hours on weekdays.
Its a hike to get here. Heavily traveled two lane road in busy Cranberry area.
Prices are on the high side. Not sure I agree there's reason for it.
Owner is a bit abrasive if not rude and inflexible. Staff seemed friendly. Newer facility with ample outdoor space for dogs to run if that's part of the package you pay for. Ask questions. We found the more we dug, the more resistant the staff/owner was to our reasonable inquiries.
Pay close attention to the fine print for penalties and upcharges. For the money and aggravation, I recommend continuing your search. Your pet deserves the best experience available. One that is safe, delivers what they advertise, and treats you/ your pet with respect and compassion.
