Gerald is my son and has been in the kitchen with me most of his ilfe cooking and baking. The caramel cake is my favorite of his desserts. It actually tastes just like mine and his father would say, even better. The cake brings back a lot of memories. It's moist, soft and the Caramel icing melts in your mouth. I am so proud of you sweetheart, keep up the good work.
