I found Gerald's through an online search.. Boy did I luck out. I was going to visit Atlanta and stay with a friend who would have a birthday while I was there. So I was in desperate need of finding either a German chocolate cake or a Red Velvet cake that would be as good as the ones I make at home.After seeing the picture I decided on the old fashioned German chocolate. Gerald delivered it himself right when he said he would...Word's cannot do justice to how good it was. But to me the ultimate triumph for the cake was the fact that his mother grudgingly admitted that it was as good as hers.
