I just got off the phone today 7/23/08 at 11:45 am with the owner, and he sadly told me that Kook Korners will be closed for good. Of all the years at Georgia Tech and even after college, every opportunity I got to pass 14th street, I would always buy 5 originals, and take them back home with me and even share with my friends. This place will be missed. Thank you for all the years of fantastic Cuban Sandwiches that I will cherish throughout my lifetime.\r

On a side note, the owner did mention that he will be looking elsewhere for a possible new location to open in the future. Lets keep our fingers crossed... \r
Pros: best cuban sandwiches
