I have also stayed at Mansions recently. Yes, Ms. Betty B has not retired and most of her crew went with her to her new location. The only employee that stayed was Maintenence Nick. The facilities are improving and the free beer certainly helps! The new manager, Julia, is not very personable but the old maintenence guy Nick will still take care of you, so the ride isn't so bumpy.
Pros: The only one is that the old maintenence man, Nick is still there. Oh, the beer!
Cons: Snippy manager, doesn't have good people skills
