my jeep was towed there back in October because my room mate drove it there and then got pulled over and he had no licence so they impounded it and then it was sold \r
so i had been paying the insurance on this since then and it is now july and i called them to see if they could send me a copy of the paper work to show my insurance so they woud adjust this and they apparently where too busy to scan this and email it too me so now i have to go to chula vista to pick this up and fight traffic and drice over 26 miles one way because they are not into customer service
Pros: can't think of any other than they pay some peope for nothin
Cons: they make you do the work
