Of course I'm a bit biased here , as I managed the company's Groundskeeping over two years ago, before moving to Europe. But the staff and the owners are the best all round when it comes to homeowners \r & renters customer service. I've never seen or heard of an owner who dumps so much of the company profits back into the property for the benefit of the members. I only know this because I was once behind the scenes and was always aware of the expenses going out. If I was a retiree , then this would be the place I'd reside in southern Cal. \r \r The brand news Homes they bring in have over $10,000 in upgrades and the rent in that part of town is only $795.00 , compared to a far inferior park across the street which rents spaces for $1295.00 with far less services. Anyway it's something for folks to check out themselves and not take my word for it.
