I purchased a jeep from them in November 2011 . Only 6 months ago. The guy, dave, I believe his name was who sold me the vehicle took me for everything I was worth. This is my first vehicle purchase and my husband is overseas so I didn't know all the questions to ask. He sold me the car at full price, wouldn't drop even $100 of the listing price. The car needed 4 new tires. He gave me the vehicle with the gas light on, THE TANK WASN'T EVEN FULL! I had to bring the car back within 2 days of driving it because it constantly blew hot air. In the 6 months I've owned it, I've had to have it towed twice. Once was after 1 month of owning it the starter failed on me and I couldn't start the car. The second time was recently when the vehicle was overheating. Also when I looked at the sales receipt, the sales representative, Dave, typed my name wrong on everything! He typed it wrong on my loan, and on my warranty card, I don't know if he's just dumb and doesn't know how to spell or what but I had to call both the bank and the warranty place to get my name and addressed spelled CORRECTLY! These people try and say ""oh we're a great company because we run a youth organization out of the back of our building"" but they are all crooks who don't take care of the vehicles they sell or their customers. I will NEVER be going back here and I hope no one brings them their business!
