Review content:
After being treated like something on the bottom of someone's shoe, I can say I will never visit a Kid to Kid again. While dragging a bag of clothes and my two kids with me, we were at first ignorned by all three staff members who were chatting with each other behind the counter for a good 5 minutes, then when I did intrude with an, ""Excuse me? Can I ask a few questions..."" I was recieved with eye rolls and looks of, "" I guess we can help you if we have to."" \r
\r
I was then told that despite all three of them doing absolutely nothing, I would have to choose 30 items from my bag, leave them for 48 hours and someone would call me after they had been priced. I guess on a busy day, a rule like that could make sense, but I had maybe 60 items and didn't see why I couldn't browse and wait for them to price them while I was already there. Not an option I guess. Plus the store was so crowded and cluttered, and the kids area so dirty that I didn't really mind not having to stay. \r
\r
After 4 days of hearing nothing, I had to call the store and ask if my items were finished, they were. Now I know this is a used clothing store, but I brought in very nice, barely used items, all from either Old Navy or Baby Gap, some still with tags on and was told I would be getting $11.00 for all 30 of them. After the way I was treated and the obvious disorganization of the whole process, I told them, ""No thanks."" I took all those items back, plus the others they didn't have time for the first day and donated them all to Goodwill for nothing. I would rather a charity have my used things then get a few pennies from haughty girls who I doubt actually even looked at my things. I will never enter this store again and will suggest to anyone I know to steer clear as well. \r

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude, Disorganized, Unbelievable!
