I just watched a Motor Body employee spend 45 minutes looking at someones car while leaving his deisel powered vehicle running at idle sitting on the street(double parked) blocking traffic. After determining that he was indeed unable to start the car, it has now taken this guy 30+ minutes just to hook the car up to his tow truck. He could have pulled in right next to the car he was looking at instead of adding pollution to the air and 75+ minutes of idling noise. Not only has this guy WAY overmilked his time for this tow job, but he is an embarrassment to towmen and women everywhere who can have a car hooked up and gone in ten minutes safely.
Pros: I guess he showed up
Cons: He costs the company untold amounts in gas burned while his truck sits, not to mention the environment
