Review content:
I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had the exact same experience as the girl who wrote a review a few below mine. They picked up my clothes a week after they said they would. I had very expensive clothes in the bag and was sketched out by leaving it downstairs in eyesight of everyone living in my building everyday, so each time I still saw it downstairs I would call them and they'd say that their guy came to pick up and ""couldn't see my bag,"" which is hilarious because even my friends in my building called me out on it since it's the first thing you see when you enter the building and my name is in huge font across the side. So they finally pick it up after I yell at them on the phone and say it'll take them a week. A week later, sure enough, nothing downstairs. I call them and they ask if they can bring it a day or two later. Why should I have to call if they're the ones constantly changing pickup/dropoff times? It's so rude. That's not how to run a business. If they need more time, fine, but call the customer and let them know so that we're not camping out at home between 11am and 3pm so that our thousands of dollars of clothes doesn't just stay unwatched downstairs.
