Here is the inside scoop on Oak Warehouse/Furniture Clearance Plus. This company has been going out of business for over a year. They still have the for lease signs up even though they are going by a different name (Furniture Clearance Plus) Before going out of business their prices were considerbly less. Once they started advertising going out of business they raised their prices and than put sale prices on them. This is similar to what department stores do to attract business. I guess the bottom line is, is this ethical and would you really want to buy from someone like this? I am sure it won't be long before they start going out of business again.
