So I went to this store after I left The Wireless Center in Strongsville with my phone (Droid Aris) programmed to a completely different phone number, thinking these guys would sympathize and be willing to help me out.. After about an hour and a half, and with help over the phone from Verizon themselves, they finally got my phone number matched up with my phone. Too bad when I turned it back on I had none of the 3G internet access which prevented me from any data usage that I pay for.. I asked them to replace my phone considering it had been less than a year since I bought it.. They claimed there was water damage, so I just walked out the door. I went directly to a LEGITIMATE Verizon store afterwards, after spending most of the day at The Wireless Center and after 3 minutes of explaining what was wrong with my phone they said they could replace my phone and that there was no water damage.. So in conclusion, if you have a problem with your cell phone, or are planning on signing up for a new plan, avoid the wireless center at all costs, considering they are hardly associated with Verizon themselves and shouldn't even be allowed to stay in business in my opinion..
