Totally unprofessional. PLEASE take the time to read other reviews on this place before you waste your money. My experience: Stylist was 25 minutes late. Her hands smelled like an ashtray. She damaged my clothing by dripping color on my pants. She actually had to be asked to use a cape! She got water in my ears and somehow managed to get conditioner on BOTH of my cheeks and my EYELID! The owner was flippant and disrespectful. I didn't receive an offer to replace my pants, an offer to pay for cleaning and the best part...NO APOLOGY! The real kicker is that my hair did not look ANY different than when I walked in because my low lights were underprocessed.\r
As I said totally unprofessional. I am not the only reviewer out there that felt over charged and underserviced.
