My wife tried to get an appointment here. She called multiple times over the course of two weeks and no one called her back. Even if they are busy they should call their potential customers back! Very poor customer service in my opinion. If you have a chance to see the comments on Groupon about them, please check them out. A lot of people that actually got in found out that it wasn't all it's cracked up to be.
