Review content:
I used to attend the meidal center on Charleston and Rainbow before Dr. Pollard retired. I enjoyed going and paying my co-pay. After Dr. Pollard retired I started going to Craig Rd. The staff at is location is rude often and they always behind even if you have a schedule appointment. ""Customer Service is just that, the Customers are the Service. If they are running behind the staff needs to inform you on how long the wait is going to be so you can decide if you would like to wait. Most of the time you have to go back to the window and ask how much longer it going to be. I feel that the staff needs some extra training on ""Great Customer Service"". Some of them act as if the doing you a favor by placing you name on the sign in sheet. Everything has changed and for the worse since Dr. Pollard retired and sold this location. As far as the Doctors they are good in what they do.
