I bought my Kitchen appliances from Cocoa's 1 year ahead of time due to their 10 year warranty, when my kitchen was finally completed, the microwave stopped working after 2 months of use. Frigidaire would not replace the microwave due to being out of the 1 year warranty. Cocoa's fought with Frigidaire to get my microwave replaced. While it did take 3 months to get it replaced and a lot of persistence on my part I now have a fully functional kitchen as the new replacement microwave was installed today, and a big smile on my face. Thank you Cocoa's, Frank and Steve Baker
