Scammers, unprofessional salesmen and owner, stay away. Picked out a washer and dryer was delivered when I wasn't home come to find out I got the wrong model. Called the sales person ""Steve"" who was rude and unhelpfull to get the one i paid for. Spoke to the manager and he said one i got is a better one than one i paid for. Never got a replacement from them stuck with washer and dryer I didn't want. Stole my money. Anyone finds Coccoa a good place to buy appiance is loco. more

I bought my Kitchen appliances from Cocoa's 1 year ahead of time due to their 10 year warranty, when my kitchen was finally completed, the microwave stopped working after 2 months of use. Frigidaire would not replace the microwave due to being out of the 1 year warranty. Cocoa's fought with Frigidaire to get my microwave replaced. While it did take 3 months to get it replaced and a lot of persistence on my part I now have a fully functional kitchen as the new replacement microwave was installed today, and a big smile on my face. This place we bought to expensive front loader and dryer from a couple of years ago, since then we have had to have multiple service people keep fixing the machines and they just continue to break, yet they refuse to replace them. Do NOT buy from this store, you will regret it! I was pregnant and stressing over not being able to get my babys room ready, have had so many strangers in and out of my house, it's just ridiculous! more

Spent $2500.00 on new appliances. Was told my microwave would be on back order (not a big deal). Delivery day came (was looking forward to my new stove, since my old one had just died the day before) .. come to find out My stove was on back order, but was ""in-stock"" the night we went to buy the appliances??? I called for a manager, was told he would call back, Called 3 hrs later and spoke to someone who claimed he was the manager.. all while chewing something in my ear told me he couldn't do anything for me, he didnt know how to build a stove so I would have to wait. OR he could give me a loaner?? no thank you... I wanted MY NEW stove... I was supposed to get a call that morning to let me know that it was on back order... I never got the call.. \r NOT Impressed....... more

I bought my washer and dryer twelve years ago!! The price was unbeatable and they threw in an extra three year warranty. I am now in the process of getting a new frig and will be buying it here. I have had one problem with my washer in twelve years and because I keep renewing the warranty it was taken care of free of charge. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They may not be the biggest and have a fancy showroom but their prices are worth it! Pros: great warranty, great price, great service Cons: Really aren't any more

Even when matching / beating best prices, they still throw in a 3 yr guarantee, which makes them best overall. Pretty good inventory, so you can see what you will be getting. Pros: Will beat any competitors advertised price, with ad Cons: Delivery notification service is not great more
