We have bought dining room set 8 month ago and still paying it off. One day we noticed the chairs started to peel off on a back. The repair man from the store covered it with marker and said if we do not have extended warranty (???) any serious repair is not covered and left. I have talked to the manager (I sent the photos to her) and she said the same thing!!! So you buy the furniture for $5,500 an on a top of that price pay few hundred for poor quality (the call it extended insurance) and the will repair it for free!!! Is if fare? I will never go back to that store to buy anything! They even blamed me that the chairs were scratched! I have 3 adult people in the family, who could scratch them?
If you planning to USE the furniture you buy, find another store and better quality. Do not support bad business!!
