Horrible customer service, didn't care my order was a month late. No apologies... Nothing but an attitude that it was my fault I bought a couch from them. The women at the office area are mean, and unapologetic. They tried to tell me that Late-April is the same as Mid-May. There was no communication between February, when I was told it would be delivered in April, and May 9 when the emailed me, then proceeded to call 4 time in 2 days wanting me to rush there and pay my balance. I recommend going to a business that treats their customers like they should be treated, with respect. more

We have bought dining room set 8 month ago and still paying it off. One day we noticed the chairs started to peel off on a back. The repair man from the store covered it with marker and said if we do not have extended warranty (???) any serious repair is not covered and left. I have talked to the manager (I sent the photos to her) and she said the same thing!!! So you buy the furniture for $5,500 an on a top of that price pay few hundred for poor quality (the call it extended insurance) and the will repair it for free!!! Is if fare? I will never go back to that store to buy anything! They even blamed me that the chairs were scratched! I have 3 adult people in the family, who could scratch them? If you planning to USE the furniture you buy, find another store and better quality. Do not support bad business!! more

When I came to pittsburgh as a single person 12 years ago I bought furnitue at valuecity and roomful express, the price was excellent but the quality was not as good as the levin furniture. 10 years ago I furnished my whole house and today the furniture is still in excellent condition. I thought the couch would wear out in 4-5 years but still looks new. I also bought a very modern and intricate (woodwork) bedroom set for $5000 retail price was $9500 and the quality of wood has not faded tarnished or cracked at all. Levin furniture is the best solution if you want to avoid high end furniture galleries that charge double the price. Pros: excellent quality more
