Most of the staff at One On One are not certified. In fact many of the trainers are actually overweight. They are limited to functional training which is only really effective if you are recovering from an injury and have finished with physical therapy. For losing weight or building muscle, try somewhere else because their program doesn't work at all for these goals. After a year of working out three days a week with a trainer and doing cardio for at least 45 minutes 4-5 days a week, neither my weight nor my body fat percentage changed at all. Most of their weight loss clients don't even stick around as long as I did. But after switching to another facility with an experienced, I'm losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week. \r \r One On One's rates are the highest in town. Their scheduling policy is overly rigid. If you complain about not getting results, expect to sit through several meetings with management. The owners are very manipulative, and mistreat the staff, especially the young women who work there.\r Pros: Modern Facility, Clean, Nice trainers (but overworked Cons: No results, crowded
