Review content:
i decided to take my kids up to roller city a few weeks ago for a family fun activity. we went on a sunday, the ""family"" skate day. when i came to the window to pay there was a woman handing out the tickets and taking the money. from my understanding she is the owners daughter. when i gave her what she said i owed she snatched it out of my hands and rudely threw the tickets out of the opening in the window, i just let it go for the kids. we stayed for the entire skate session and had a great time. the employees were respectful and very helpful with their new ""skate mates"" for the younger ones. the kids had a blast. as we took our skates back up to the front i saw the same woman raising her voice to whom i was told her mother, the owner. seeing her talk to her mother like that made me rethink on if we would come back or not. when i hear a family skate i think of games and laughing not loud angry voices. since then we have not been back. i hope this woman can change her attitude so we can go back to a fun day of skating. \r
