When I called to get information about the cost of getting my carpets clean I was truly impressed with the receptionists friendly, knowledgeable, and patient touch, while answering all my questions. I am a bargain hunter but love quality! The service I received was excellent and efficient! You cannot go wrong with this type of service and quality work! My carpets are super clean and you know they did a good job when your friends and family notice! Thanks Bear Carpet for bringing such high quality service back! I was very impressed!
