They were almost a hour late for the appointment. No call from office to inform me that it was going to be late. The person cleaning the carpet did not use the 10 step cleaning process that is promised by their company. No corner guards, no vacuuming, no pre-treatment of stains, no cleaning of baseboards, no protection sealant. I use my fan to speed up drying, The furniture steps were not required because I had removed all furniture from the rooms. My carpets the next morning, one could see the dirt in the traffic areas already re-appearing and other stains were never removed. Then the person did not know if the 10% discount from online applied to the minimium charge so I did not get the 10 % off either. The person cleaned 2 1/2 rooms and a hallway under an hour. Not impressed
