My SUV was involved in an accident in early October. Cavins was recommended by Price LeBlanc Toyota so I told the wrecker to take it there. Ken at Cavins took the time to explain what parts were on the estimate (I could not get my insurance agent on the phone). He told me he would make my car as good as new, and he delivered. With all the run around I got from my insurance company, it was nice to have someone on my side. It took a while to get it repaired, but I let him know from the start that I wanted it done right and I wanted it done so that my car would last forever, so I was willing to wait. My RAV looks like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. And, after driving cars for a month, driving my RAV is a dream. Thank you, Ken and everyone at Cavin's who worked on my baby - you did an awesome job! You rock! The Chiwawamobile is on the road again, and all is good with the world
