Review content:
I started going to CFR in October, 2010. From day one Steve saw that I wanted to make changes (fitness, nutrition, consistency) in my life and he took interest to help me make a difference with me. CFR isn't your typical personal training/gym where they just charge you high fees, only talk to you when you're there working out & that's it. As the owner, Steve sat down with me and had me write out goals for the first three months. He continues to pursue helping me in different ways and continues to do so because not all his clients have the same motivating factors. He has a TOTAL passion for helping his clients and getting us to our goals no matter how long it takes. I'm proof of that. I stopped my gym membership because I have accountability with all my trainers - Steve, Sarah and Dave. When I'm not there which happened when I was sick recently, they cared. Working out has become a routine I hate to miss (& I go to 6 a.m. bootcamp 3x/week) and it's because all of them at CFR care and want you to succeed. On top of the awesome trainers I've just started working with Maya, the nutrionist who has a passion for food and cares about her clients. I'm about to start my first detox with her help! I look forward to my continued progress at CFR - will you come join me?
