Brought my vehicle in for stereo cd player installation as well as an alarm system install with power door lock actuators. Took this place six and half hours to install. Told them at the beginning that I lived 40 miles away and that I would have to wait. They told me 2-3 hours. After 4 hours, I asked what was up with the car and I was told it would take 6 hours. Very littel to no waiting area too. When the vehicle was returned to me, the interior was a mess and wires showing. Very poor workmanship. If they were such pros at installing, then doing this simple install would have been quick and neater. Plus charging 3% fee for miscellaneous material is a total rip off. Just another way to make a quick buck. Next time I will go to their neighbor 50 feet away... Grand Prix Car Stereo.
Pros: wide selection of audio equipment
Cons: Take way too long and poor communication skills
