Unprofessional, avoid. I made an appointment to drop off my 2009 Toyota Yaris for a new radio, they took the make and model number when I made the appointment and quoted me a price of $300. I dropped off the car at the time of appointment and was told it would be ready in a few hours. I got a call that night stating that they were missing a part but it should be in tomorrow and they would need to keep the car overnight. The next day they called and said they couldn't put a radio in that make and model car. It took allegedly professional installers two days to figure this out? Incompetent and unprofessional, I will never go there again, I rather deal with someone that knows there business and doesn't waste my time.
