I would never go here for anything more than tires...if that. My father took his van here to get the transmission flushed (what should be a 1.5 hour fix max) and 2 hours after he dropped it off he was asked if the van had any problems when we brought it in. He said no, and then the tec proceeded to tell him that they couldn't shift the van into drive (although they had taken it on 2 test drives right before...and we drove the van in) and would work on it. We left and it's now 8 hours later and our van's transmission appears to be having newly found problems thanks to the ""ASE certified"" staff here. They were not willing to help us at all and acted like it was our fault, however they did tell us that they would make it right since it happened at their store (Thank goodness...but we'll see what happens). However since they waited until 5:30 at night to tell us about the problem we're without a car for at least 2 days now, and they've ""done all we can do"" to make it right, even though the van was brought in at 10am when all the rental car companies were open. They just happened to wait until 5pm after they'd all closed to let us know of the problems, even though we'd called them repeatedly. This was the first time we had taken our car here for anything more than tire work, and now we won't even be back to have them work on those.
