Our company spends thousands a year at office depot and when we tried to use the warranty we bought , well basicly its useless we have been with out a printer/fax machine for six weeks and we are running a buisness try that without a printer/fax we have been dealing with multipul people on the phone and have had two repair guys out and installed four parts . No loaner no replacement unit just bla bla bla from the warranty co. And office depot just says - nothing we can do- We spent 399.00 on the unit and 139.00 on the warranty and theres nothing they can do ??????
