Review content:
After I have purchased many items from Ideal Jewelers, I trusted them to fix a broken neck chain. All they needed to do is to replace the ""lobster lock"" Instead they changed my chain for a much thinner and lighter chain. Similar in style but much inferior. When I complained I was pretty much shut up by Randy, the owner, saying that in 20 years they have never made a mistake and it is impossible that now they have. \r

All in all, really bad experience. My wife gave me that chain right after we got married. It really got her upset that I got robbed of my chain.
Cons: THEY ROBBED ME!!!!!
