On Thursday, November 15, 2007...\r Cingular wireless/ hawk electronics contracts JJMR Towing on the cell phone towing plan. They insist that you wait by your car, but the wait time was ridiculous. I ordered the wrecker at 2:30 pm and he showed up at 6:45 pm! It was cold, dark and I was alone. He kept calling my cell phone for directions from me even after I told him my battery on my phone was low!. I'm putting in a formal complaint with cingular and Hawk electronics in the morning. Buyer Beware!! They don't deserve a rating at all. I looked up their location and they are 20 minutes from downtown where I was at hall and canton. I had to send the police to go find him where he was 'lost' at 75/hall, and he wasn't even there when the police arrived! - Pam H. Cons: Unnecessary delays, poorly informer, disoriented drivers, one tow truck...
