Jjmr Tow

When your car appears to have been stolen look around for a JJMR Tow sign. When you see the sign you will know who stole your car, even if it was parked just near the ""no parking"" area. Happened to me. Don't believe them when they say they take credit cards either. This is a scam to get you to show up with your card. They then tell you their card machine won't work and direct you to a nearby ATM to get cash. This is so you cannot contest the charge. JJMR tow is the lowest of the low. more

i had my car picked up by jjmr and they did it fast, they were cheap.i highly disagree with the other reviews.jjmr is completely differnt then the reviews posted below i highly recemmend JJMR TOW every time. Pros: good service more

On Thursday, November 15, 2007...\r Cingular wireless/ hawk electronics contracts JJMR Towing on the cell phone towing plan. They insist that you wait by your car, but the wait time was ridiculous. I ordered the wrecker at 2:30 pm and he showed up at 6:45 pm! It was cold, dark and I was alone. He kept calling my cell phone for directions from me even after I told him my battery on my phone was low!. I'm putting in a formal complaint with cingular and Hawk electronics in the morning. Buyer Beware!! They don't deserve a rating at all. I looked up their location and they are 20 minutes from downtown where I was at hall and canton. I had to send the police to go find him where he was 'lost' at 75/hall, and he wasn't even there when the police arrived! - Pam H. I have never experianced service or the lack there of from anywhere like I did from JJMR!! Beware!! Just because they tow your car does not mean they are qualified to fix it, even if they offer that they have a shop and can fix it for you!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to give them something! This company also has other unresolved complaints with the Bureau! Cons: service, work, inconciderate, tell you it is one price then try to charge you a much higher price more
