Review content:
My experience with Grossinger Toyota has not been a pleasurable one. I purchased a used vehicle and was offered a whopping three day mechanics review, unfortunately I was leaving on business for a week. I dropped the vehicle off at my mechanic before I left who brought it to my attention that the mileage on the vehicle was not consistent with the age and condition of the mechanical parts. It was also clear to my mechanic a vehicle safety inspection was never performed before they offered the car for sale and informed me I was lucky i didn't kill myself on the way home given the condition of the brakes on the vehicle. If that's not enough I was only given a valet key when purchasing the car and was told by the sales person I would have no problem getting a new key cut. When i arrived home and looked into it I can't have a new key cut and programmed using only a valet key and am now going to have to pay approximately $450 for a new key. I tried working with the sales associate Al to get a referral to somewhere I may be able to get it done cheaper and was referred to a business who wanted to charge me more than a dealership would! Management has more or less told me they are going to do nothing for me and the general manager of the dealership hasn't even bothered to return my calls. I've filed an appropriate complaint and would not recommend buying a vehicle from Grossinger Toyota North
