I would give minus star if possible. They advertise 2012 toyota camry for $16,702 on black friday 2011. I was there first in line standing there since 11 PM night before. When they let people in they did not give ticket to anyone and after 10 minutes of computer work sales person said they sold that car and that was the only one on sale for that price. Other people acknowledge that I was first person in line. According to advertisement it says "First Come Basis" and the manager Mark told me I was sixth i.e. 5 sales person brought deal before. Does this mean "First Cone Basis"? This means my faith is on sales person's hand not me. I have even offered CC buy and done the deal with. Other people waiting in the line with me I talked to are of the opinion they did not fair good deal for this and it was not transparent. This is ridiculous and pathetic professionalism. Even after explaining that I was there since 11 PM night before, the response was just pathetic and they tell you "happy thanksgiving". People work here dont even know the meaning of it I guess. I would not deal with any of GROSSINGER dealer or would do everything in my power to stop my friend/relative/someone close to not do business with them.
