Review content:
Well… my favorite class at Alexandria Dahn Yoga Center is Brain Wave Vibration on Friday. It is kind of releasing at the end of the week. As our Master says we try to dance away our stress during this class. Exercises are not difficult, they are rather natural - all kind of shakes and bounces. I would even say they are personal, because variety of exercising is huge. There is no the one right way in yoga and the Brain Wave Vibration class is a bright example of that. I am an open-minded person and being creative even during the yoga class is very important for me. After class I really feel increasing of my energy and blood circulation.
