Businiess name:  Gables Pizza & Salad

Review content:
This is an old review I reposted. \r \r The South Miami area is plagued with pizzerias that use bad ingredients. This is why Cozzoli's keeps going out of business, and it probably killed the original Riviera Pizza. I tried the new Gables Pizza and Salad today, and it looks like they're using better ingredients. The owner says their cheese is real. \r \r The pizza is pretty good. The crust is fine, the cheese tastes okay, and the sauce is acceptable. They would do better if they made the sauce a little bit sweeter and used a little less salt. And they need to increase the amount of sauce slightly.\r \r La Dolce Vita is better, but too far to drive. The Big Cheese may be a little better, but again, too far to drive. Right now, Gables has the only good pizza in the area, unless you count the weird and inconsistent stuff sold at Miami's Best. Not great, but a thousand times better than what area residents are used to.
