My experience with Pann Home Services has been good. I'm always pleased with Michael, though I think he is very, very, very pricey compared to anybody else. He does get the job done, so if you're in a jam he's the one to call. My only objection is that you get charged if they have to get a part. For instance, if they have to go back to the office to get the part it costs you. I think the diagnosis, which you get charged for, and the installation should be enough, which can run hundreds of dollars, so my only real complaint is about the extra charges.
Pann Home Services does a good job. They are courteous, kind, and they don't mess up your house, but I think the charges are pretty high. They have pretty good availability, and if they can't do it right then they usually get to it pretty fast, particularly because I've been a customer for 50 years. I'd recommend them, with the caveat that though they are very good they are also very, very expensive. They are very good, so if I'm in a jam that is who I would use, but I don't know why it costs as much as it does.
