Pann Home Services is very professional. I think it comes from the top. I have talked to and met Mr. Michael Pann, and he really cares about his customers. He wants to do the best job they can regardless of the cost involved. They give me an estimate, and they have to go by that unless I add more work. This is the kind of company I want to work with because they have high standards. I don't have to go after them and see if they are doing a good job because they themselves want to do a good job.
They also have very nice infrastructure. During working hours there is always someone to answer my phone call and answer any questions I have. I can get a hold of them by phone. They can afford that infrastructure because they are a little larger.
I used to rely on them for small things in plumbing, electric, and HVAC. Most recently they have been doing a big job for me. It is small area but it includes everything, plumbing, electric, HVAC, and carpentry. They are moving a bathroom for me, which is a major job for plumbing. They did encounter a frustration, but they were able to overcome it.
Pann Home Services has expertise in every area, which is difficult to find. Most companies have expertise in one area, and then they have subcontractors. Pann Home Services has in house electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. It is a big advantage. When they are doing a job, and another area comes up, they just have to make a simple phone call and the right person is there.
