Review content:
I went to get my haircut and highlights at this salon and they messed up my hair big time!!! I called Dolce and they offered to have another stylist (or even offered the same one!!!) to fix my hair. I asked how long the stylist had color experience (since my hair's color was awful with dark streaks and looked grayish to me) and they didn't know. I decided then I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed that I trusted (Leidan Mitchell in Phoenix is wonderful). Now that I did this they would not refund my money. They said that I should have gone to them to have it fixed. They even had the audacity to say to me that it was fixable so I should have gone back to them to fix it!!! I don't see how I spent $150 to have my hair so messed up in the first place that they would think their customers would return to them and trust them to have it fixed!!! They are pushy with products and horrible with service and I will never be back. I had to pay the same price to get my hair fixed. It's pretty sad that I got charged $150 for a hairdo that cost another $150 to fix. RIDICULOUS!!!! This place is horrible!!! Bad business ethics and horrible hair stylists!!!
Cons: Hair Salon, the whole salon in general!!
